genU’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) defines our organisation’s commitment to join our national efforts towards reconciliation.

This plan signifies our public commitment to reconciliation and supports our vision to build inclusive communities and is the first step on the journey to reconciliation.
Our Reflect RAP begins with a deep commitment to building the cultural competency of all members of our organisation. As an organisation, we will put into action our belief that we will achieve more together, by building relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and building organisational awareness of their cultures, histories and achievements.
This first RAP will lay the foundations for reconciliation initiatives in successive plans by establishing a RAP governance framework and identifying opportunities to improve respect and life outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
