Our Principal Coach – Natasha Williams
Natasha is a practical leader with over 20 years’ experience in the disability sector. A creative thinker, Natasha can help your organisation to identify effective and immediate solutions to operational challenges. She is adept in interpreting legislation and practice standards to set up services which will achieve the best outcomes for people living with a disability.
Natasha offers an approach to risk that “balances the head and heart” of operating a disability service. In recent years her introduction to the aged care sector has resulted in coaching to the synergies from her experience in disability. With a safety focus, Natasha has assisted boards to develop procedures balancing duty of care and dignity of risk.
Renowned for leading peer organisations in support areas such as quality and safeguarding, day to day management, operational leadership, finance and strategy her coaching style is practical, and action focussed.
