Disability Employment Services (DES)

DES is run by the Australian Government.
It helps people with disability find and keep jobs.

We can help you work out if you can use DES.

If you can use DES, we will put you in touch with MatchWorks.

MatchWorks is our service that connects you to employers and helps you find a job.

School Leavers Employment Support (SLES)

SLES is for Year 12 students with disability who:
- aren’t ready to start looking for a job right away
- need help to work out what job will be right for them.

SLES will give you support to:
- get you ready for work
- make a plan for your future.

We can provide you with support for up to 2 years after you finish high school.

We offer Supported Employment for people with disability in our genU Business Enterprises.
A job with one of our genU Business Enterprises could be:

- in a café

- as a gardener

- in a warehouse.
