genU Big Day Out - Tasmania

For the first time in 2024, we headed to Hobart for a Big Day Out event. 

Held at the Hobart Function and Conference Centre, the event attracted over 110 clients, staff and family members.  It brought people with disabilities together with corporate community members and staff in a fun and fully supported environment.   

It was a wonderful celebration event, with the highlight being a visit from Santa.

The event will now be a regular on the genU calendar, with plans to run it in different parts of the state.

This year it will be held on Wednesday, 3 December.
