genU celebrates International Women’s Day

It’s International Women’s Day, a time to celebrate the achievements of women connected to genU and across the world.

As proud advocates of diversity and inclusion:

  • genU has supported 60,000+ women with services and support over the past year.
  • 74 per cent of our workforce are women.
  • 63 per cent of our management positions are held by women (Australian average 32.5 per cent*).
  • 50 per cent of our Board positions are held by women (Australian average 33 per cent*).
  • Our CEO, Clare Amies is one of the 19.4 per cent of female CEO’s in Australia.
