genU Employment Pathways participants were treated to a fascinating interview recently with Morgan Slocombe – the Safety Operations Officer at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).

Morgan inspired the participants by telling them about his career journey from a humble bartender at the Melton Golf Course, to working his way up the ranks at the MCG. Morgan started out at one of Melbourne’s most iconic sporting venues as a casual security guard, but worked his way up through the ranks to his current position.
