genU Unveils Strategy 2030: A Vision for Building Genuinely Inclusive Communities
genU is proud to announce the launch of Strategy 2030, a bold new strategic plan designed to set a new benchmark for client experience and outcomes across disability, ageing, training and employment services.
genU is cognisant of the significant reform agenda, coupled with financial performance challenges, facing the disability, ageing and employment services sectors across Australia. This new strategy is framed in this context and uncertain landscape, with agility and flexibility in mind.
Our strategic ambition is that genU will set a new benchmark for client experience and outcomes, while refining our operating model to ensure ongoing financial stability. This will allow us to reinvest into new and innovative services that allow for exceptional, accessible, and tailored services and supports that enrich lives and foster genuinely inclusive communities.
Over the next five years we will continue to expand our services across the country and enable our workforce to be capable and valued, so they can grow, develop and succeed. Everyone will be motivated by our purpose of enriching lives through connections, supports and opportunities.
Underpinning our strategic ambition are five clear strategic priorities:
- Deliver exceptional services driven by client voice
- Connected and thriving employees
- Profit for purpose
- Responsible growth
- Influential advocacy.
Ingrid Williams, genU Board Chair, and Clare Amies, CEO, expressed their pride in the collaborative effort in developing Strategy and thanked all those clients, staff, members and stakeholders who contributed. Together, we are stronger. Our foundations pave the way for our future and greater social change.
We are genU. Every connection counts.
