Access genU's Outreach Services

If you’re vulnerable, at risk of homelessness or have tenancy issues, we’re here to help.

At genU, we’ve got 4 key outreach programs to support you:

  • Linkages
  • Community Reconnections Program (CRP)
  • Housing Support for the Aged (HSAP)
  • SAVVI Supporting Connections

Plus, we can connect you to affordable rentals through St Laurence Housing.

Take a look at the outreach services that we provide and get in touch with our friendly team if you’d like to know more.

Eligibility criteria applies to all outreach services. We’d like to thank the Victorian Government for helping us to deliver these programs.

Need assistance living independently in the community? Linkages has you covered. By providing individually tailored packages of care and case management, Linkages is a home and community care program for people under 65 with complex care needs and not receiving NDIS funding.

Sustainable and affordable housing – it’s something everyone should be able to experience. That’s what CRP and HSAP both work towards. We’ll help you with short-term case management that supports you to secure a long-term housing solution.

If you’re living Supported Residential Services and want to be connected to health and community services, SAVVI Supporting Connections is for you. We’ll meet your individual wants and needs, to give you all the right connections.

Low or moderate-income earners can struggle to find a roof over their heads in the pricey private rental market. If that sounds like you, or someone you know, we’ve got options for affordable rental housing.
