Outreach services are here for you when others are not, providing real assistance for those who are vulnerable, at risk of homelessness or have tenancy issues.
(Please note that genU does not provide crisis or emergency housing if you are experiencing homelessness, please see links at the bottom of this page for assistance.)
Our four key outreach programs include; Linkages, Community Reconnections Program (CRP), Housing Support for the Aged (HSAP) and SAVVI Supporting Connections.
genU acknowledges the support of the Victorian Government in the delivery of these programs.
Linkages is a home and community care program for people under 65 with complex care needs. Linkages aims to assist people to live independently in the community by providing individually tailored packages of care and case management.
CRP and HSAP provide short-term case management, support people to secure long-term sustainable and affordable housing and link people to appropriate services.
SAVVI Supporting Connections assists vulnerable residents living in Supported Residential Services. The program is aimed at supporting residents to access health and community services to meet individual needs.
