Gender Equality Report 2024-25

genU understands that achieving gender equality requires proactive and sustained efforts to reduce, and where possible, eliminate, gender-based barriers to workplace equality and fairness.

In alignment with its ongoing commitment to gender equality and in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (the Act), Karingal St Laurence Limited (trading as genU) lodged its annual compliance report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) on May 30, 2025.
