1. Start the conversation

Get in touch with our team to talk about your needs, preferences and NDIS supports. We’ll take the time to understand what matters most to you.

2. Explore your options

We’ll present you with suitable homes and support options, and help you understand what’s available based on your goals and funding.

3. Visit and choose your home

You can tour homes, meet potential housemates (if applicable) and get a feel for what’s right for you before deciding.

4. Plan your move

Once you’ve chosen a home, we’ll work with you and your support network to organise the details and ensure everything is set up for a smooth transition.

5. Settle in with support

After you move in, our team will continue to support you as you settle into your new home, build routines and feel comfortable in your space.
