Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) offers purpose-built homes designed to support people living with disability to live more independently and safely. SDA provides funding through the NDIS for homes with accessible design features that make daily living more achievable and comfortable.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
A home should feel like yours - comfortable, safe and full of possibility. Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support that helps you live more independently in a place you call home.
Short-Term Respite (STR)
Flexible respite care tailored to your needs, supporting both you and your carer with services designed for you.
Onsite Shared Support (OSS)
genU’s concierge Onsite Shared Support (OSS) model was developed with clients front of mind, giving you the freedom of your own home, with skilled staff available around the clock for those moments when you need a helping hand.

3. Visit and choose your home
You can tour homes, meet potential housemates (if applicable) and get a feel for what’s right for you before deciding.
4. Plan your move
Once you’ve chosen a home, we’ll work with you and your support network to organise the details and ensure everything is set up for a smooth transition.
5. Settle in with support
After you move in, our team will continue to support you as you settle into your new home, build routines and feel comfortable in your space.
