
Gender Equality Report 2024-25
Karingal St Laurence Limited understands that achieving gender equality requires proactive and sustained efforts to reduce, and where possible, eliminate, gender-based barriers to workplace equality and fairness.
As part of its continued commitment to gender equality, and in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (the Act), Karingal St Laurence Limited has lodged its 2024-2025 compliance reports with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). These reports cover the businesses trading under Karingal St Laurence Limited - genU, which submitted its report to WGEA on May 30, 2025, and Activ Foundation, which submitted on June 30, 2025.
