Gender Equality Report 2026
genU is committed to fulfilling our vision for genuinely inclusive communities, both for the people who access our services and for our own employees. This commitment extends to ensuring our employees experience gender equality in all aspects of their employment with genU.
In line with this commitment and in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, Karingal St Laurence Limited (trading as genU) lodged its annual Public Gender Equality Report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) on 22 June 2026.
