Respite care provides both you and your carer with a well-earned break while ensuring you receive the support you need. Our services are designed to fit your lifestyle and can include home-based care, day programs, residential care and companionship.
We currently offer seniors respite at The Lodge in Ocean Grove.
The Lodge, Ocean Grove
The Lodge in Ocean Grove is the perfect spot for our seniors to unwind for the day or relax for an overnight stay.
Our charming cottages provide the perfect retreat, surrounded by spacious gardens and seating areas.
Our day respite programs feature activities designed to support independent living and social interaction. Activities can be customised to match your interests, making every visit enjoyable and meaningful.
Centre-based day respite at The Lodge is currently available from Tuesday to Thursday.

Support for Carers
We understand the dedication and challenges of being a carer, and we’re here to support you too. At genU, we offer:
- Access to aged care respite coordinators and nurses for counselling, care planning and referrals.
