As a registered NDIS provider, genU delivers Individual Support Services (ISS) tailored to your needs, goals and support your everyday life. We provide individualised support to people with disability of all ages, providing one-on-one assistance at home, in the community or while taking part in group activities.
Our local, experienced teams can help you build and maintain everyday skills, confidence and community connections, so you can live with greater confidence while continuing to build independence.
How we can support you
Our person-centred support can include assistance with:
- Accessing the community
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Toileting and continence
- Eating and drinking
- Mobility and transfers
- Attending appointments
- Completing everyday activities at home and in the community
We take the time to understand what matters to you, including your needs, preferences and how you like to be supported. Together, we develop support that fits your life and helps you work towards your goals.
Familiar and reliable support
Feeling comfortable with the people supporting you is important. Our permanent rostering approach provides greater consistency, helping you build trusted relationships with familiar team members and know who will be providing your support.
Life doesn’t always follow a 9-to-5 schedule. Our after-hours and weekend on-call service provides additional reassurance when support is needed outside regular business hours.
