Support Coordination

Need help understanding how to get the most out of your NDIS plan?

genU’s Support Coordination Team will help you connect to the services most suited to your specific goals and needs.

We’ll work with you to identify the things most important to you, support you to achieve your goals and build your capacity.

Our team has strong networks and provides both Level 2: Coordination of Supports and Level 3: Specialist Support Coordination.

The genU Support Coordination team can assist with:

  • Supporting families to navigate complexity.
  • Accessing community and mental health services
  • Supporting people with communication needs
  • Prioritising your health and wellbeing including hospital discharge
  • Navigating the justice system.
  • Embracing culture and diversity
  • Support you to explore your living arrangements including accommodation options
    • Including Short and Medium Term Accommodation (STA, MTA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
  • Assist with youth stage transitions.

At genU, our well-trained and highly qualified Support Coordinators will provide you with support that is impartial and tailored to your individual needs. Our coordinators are specialists across a range of disciplines, including mental health, nursing and social work.

Your genU Support Coordinator will provide support uniquely suited to you, to build your confidence and capacity to manage your plan going forward.
